This guide will take you through how to build and modify a structure in the Common Reference Editor. Click here if you haven't created a context yet.

Adding a new system

Adding a new system can be done either by:

  1. Adding a system to the root element (In this case: Test)

    1. Optional: Type in a "?" in the search field and see which systems you can choose from

  2. Adding a systems element to another system

  3. Adding a sibling system to an existing system

Editing a system

Editing a system can be done either by:

  1. Changing the name of a system makes the system's RDS code human-recognizable. E.g., =A1 Energy transforming system becomes =A1 test123.

  2. Changing the number changes the identification of the system. E.g., =A1 becomes =A4. The type of system is still the same, but the RDS code has changed.

  3. Moving a system - It's possible to drag and drop a system to a new location within the structure.

Deleting a system

  • If a system contains system elements, these will get deleted as well. As an extra precaution, an 8-second cancel option will appear to undo the cancellation.
